Fintrinsic is a personalized financial literacy and career exploration platform operated by Fintrinsic LLC ("we," "us," or "the Company"). We provide short-form video content, personalized learning paths, career exploration tools, and progress tracking for individuals and organizations. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fintrinsic platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.
If you are accessing the Service through an organization (employer, school, or nonprofit), your organization's administrator may have created your account on your behalf. Your use of the Service is also subject to any agreement between Fintrinsic and your organization.

All content on the Fintrinsic platform — including videos, text, graphics, curricula, career data, assessment questions, and software — is owned by Fintrinsic LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Fintrinsic content without our prior written consent.
Your assessment responses and personal data remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We collect assessment responses, video progress, and optional location data to personalize your learning experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Organization administrators can view aggregated progress metrics for their learners but cannot access your detailed financial information or individual assessment responses. Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Individual and institutional pricing is described on our Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Fintrinsic provides financial education content for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of salary data, career projections, or cost of living estimates provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintrinsic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial decisions made based on content provided through the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your organization's subscription expires. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
